Roshonda is great!

Lovely clean facility with relaxing decor. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. There was a large sturdy massage table and chair that were comfortable and strong for my size 24 body.

The only challenge was that the entrance to the business is unmarked so I wasn't sure how to enter. So FYI if it's your first time... Go to the address, open and go through the gate. Then ring the doorbell by the door at the top of the steps directly in front of you. There is one flight of stairs that you'll walk up to reach the massage rooms.

Roshonda made me feel welcome. She started the session with a lovely conversation to find out what I wanted to get out of the massage and which areas needed attention. My left shoulder had been hurting with limited movement for a while so Roshonda had me move my arms in a few ways to get a better idea of what my shoulder needed. She made some suggestions on what type of massage could benefit me and kept in mind my general massage preferences.

The massage was great. Roshonda made sure I was comfortable and checked in to make sure the pressure was right. She found an area of my shoulder where pain was hiding. She used a combination of Swedish massage and cupping. By the end my shoulder was pain free with increased movement and increased ease of movement. Roshonda also showed me exercises to do at home that would help strengthen my injured shoulder.

I booked 3 more sessions with Roshonda. I'm looking forward to more relaxation and to the continued improvement of my shoulder. One week after my first massage with her and my shoulder is mostly pain free. I am sleeping through the night and I was able to do the front crawl when I went swimming for the first time in months.

I'd definitely recommend Roshonda for any body....more
